This 12 week course specifically designed
to help you take control, address your issues
and enable you to live life to the full.
If you want to create a more satisfying
and balanced life the course offers a unique
opportunity for you to look at the underlying
causes and effects of working too hard in
demanding situations. It will provide you
with strategies to change patterns of behaviour
and give you confidence to enjoy life outside
work.
The question is how best to change attitudes
and underlying behaviours which contribute
to people working long hours, being stressed,
having difficulty with relationships, eating
and drinking too much.
Our training is designed to help you:

or limiting beliefs and to deal with them
